Events organized by MAJLISH Netherlands:

1. Tickets will only be issued upon successful submission of registration form and subsequent successful completion of payment for the tickets. Confirmation of registration and tickets will be sent by email. Please make sure that the email address is correct. Otherwise, you will not receive the tickets.

2. In case, you have not received the tickets by email even after successful payment of the tickets, please inform MAJLISH Netherlands immediately within 24-48 hours of the purchase.

3. The ticket for an event is not transferable. Please ensure that your correct name is registered on the ticket.

4. Ticket price will be refunded only in case the entire event is cancelled on account of restrictions imposed by the Government of the Netherlands.

5. If you do not attend an Event that you have booked and paid for, you will not be entitled to any refund.

6. Right to admission to an event is only possible upon successful presentation of purchased tickets by the attendee at the time of entry.
